How do I make a purchase?
I have tried to make to ordering process as easy as possible. For details on ordering, select the 'Information' tab on the top menu bar.

What details do you ask for when placing an order?
When you place an order, all I need is your name, email address and delivery address. I do not hold details of your credit/debit card due to all payments being processed via PayPal.

What are your current processing times?
Currently 5 - 7 working days. I would prefer to have a faster turnaround of orders but unfortunately this is not always possible. However, I do endeavour to process orders as quickly as possible.

Do you have a minimum order value?
No, I do not have a minimum order value.

How else can I order?
Unfortunately at present orders can only be taken online.

I have just submitted an order. Can I change it?
When you submit your order online, you are processing your own payment transaction through PayPal and your account is instantly charged. I do not at any point have access to payment card details so I cannot amend the amount that has been paid. You will need to cancel your existing order and place a new order if you so wish.

I have placed items in my shopping basket. Why have they disappeared?
The shopping basket provided by my web hosting service is automatically refreshed after approximately two hours. Regrettably, if you have not checked out during this time, your shopping basket will be emptied.

Am I safe to use my credit/debit card when ordering?
Absolutely. All payments are processed through PayPal - a secure & reliable payment gateway and at no point do I see your card details.

Who are PayPal and do I have to open an account?
PayPal delivers one the most secure payment platforms in the World and it is through them that your payment is processed. Through PayPal you can use your credit/debit card securely without the need to share your financial information with me. You do not have to have a PayPal account in order to process your payment. You can simply enter your card information each time you place an order.

Do I have to pay with a debit/credit card?
Yes. I do not currently accept cheques or postal orders. This would delay the processing of any orders placed. Accepting credit/debit cards via PayPal provides a fast and reliable method of payment.

Why is my card charged before I receive my order?
When you place an order online, you process your own payment transaction through PayPal. Your account is instantly charged and there is no involvement on my part. Even if you place your order in the evening or at weekends or bank holidays, PayPal's payment system is automatic and your account will be charged immediately.

What are my delivery options?
All orders are dispatched using either Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class Standard Delivery.

How much do you charge for delivery?
Please refer to my 'Delivery & P&P' page for current delivery charges.

Can I have my order dispatched quickly?
Unfortunately not. Orders are not currently prioritised and are processed in the order in which they are received.

Do you deliver overseas?
Unfortunately I do not deliver outside of the United Kingdom. Orders are only posted to the UK Mainland.

I live locally. Can I collect my order in person?
Unfortunately, this is not possible. Donna's Crafting Corner is home based so I do not have business premises that customers can visit.

When will I receive my order?
You will find my current dispatch times by clicking on 'Information' on the top menu bar and choose 'Delivery & P&P'.

My order in incorrect. What should I do?
Please contact me via my contact form as soon as possible to report any discrepancies with your order. I aim to rectify any problems swiftly.

I haven't received my order yet. What should I do?
Orders are dispatched using Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class Standard Delivery. Orders sent by Royal Mail occasionally take longer to arrive than their published delivery times due to circumstances beyond my control.  Please check with your local postal sorting office in case they are holding your order for re-delivery. Should your order still fail to arrive, please contact me and I will endeavour to rectify the problem.

Can you send me an invoice with my order?
You will receive a PayPal invoice upon processing your order. Please ensure you retain the email or print a copy for your own records as a paper copy will not be included with your order.

Can I return products?
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have 14 working days from receipt of your order to notify me of your right to cancel. Please refer to my terms and conditions for more information on returns and rules on exemptions.

I've received my order. Can I exchange an item?
I do not currently offer an exchange service. However if you would like to purchase a different product, you will need to organise a return and then place a new order.

My order is damaged. What can I do?
Please accept my apologies if you have received a damaged product. Should a product be damaged, please contact me using my contact form within 14 working days upon receipt of your order for a refund or replacement. Replacements and refunds however will not be possible if the damage has been caused by excessive handling on the customers part for what is considered to be more than just general inspection of the item.

I have received the wrong product. what can I do?
If you have received an incorrect product, I apologise. All orders are double checked before being dispatched, but occasionally an error may occur. Please contact me using my contact form within 14 working days upon receipt of your order. Your replacement card will be dispatched to you at no further cost or you can choose to be refunded if you prefer.

How are your products made?
My jewellery pieces are crafted using a combination of silver plated findings and clasps, Swarovski elements, Preciosa components, semi-precious stones and natural, silver plated, tibetan silver, glass, metal and crystal beads.

Will my jewellery be gift boxed?
No.  To keep postage costs down and to reduce package sizes, all jewellery pieces come packaged in a clear grip seal bag.

Can I order matching jewellery pieces as a set?
All of my jewellery pieces are sold individually.  Not all pieces have coordinating pieces available.

Do you have a newsletter and can I subscribe?
I do not currently issue a newsletter. Please visit the website regularly for the latest products and information.

Do you have a shop I can visit?
No. I do not have business premises. Donna's Crafting Corner is a home run business and is strictly online only.

Can any of your jewellery pieces be found in gift shops or boutiques?
No, not at present. Many of my designs are currently exclusive to the Donna's Crafting Corner website. However, a few of my items can be purchased via my Etsy shop.

I can't find the answer to my specific question. What should I do now?
